As a Program Specialist, you will provide a broad range of administrative support to the Foster Care and Adoption Program. This includes coordination with prospective foster and adoptive parents, reporting assistance, database entry, organization of a learning management system, and marketing support.

• Hybrid – ability to be primarily remote
• Twin Cities Metro-Area office space available, if desired
• Salary range is $40,583 – $45,000

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with and advocate for all clients served, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, religion, disability, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression
• 2 years of administrative or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently and to support and contribute to a cohesive team environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft™ Office Suite (CRM, Mailchimp, and Canva experience a plus!)
• Experience with a learning management system(s) preferred

This Adoption Worker open position is focused on working with youth experiencing foster care in Minnesota. By providing Child-Specific Recruitment Services, you will be assisting children of all ages and backgrounds to find permanency. You’ll become part of a child’s support network and will provide individualized recruitment services, including preparing children for adoption.
